Pissed Off People

My hope is this website will eventually be a place for all independent write-in candidates running for the US Congress in 2026 to be found.

The only goal of this project is to remove the democrat and republican parties from power.

Until that is accomplished nothing else can be in my eyes. Once that is achieved it will be time to look at the next steps of forming new groups which actually represent We The People.

This alone is a David vs. Goliath issue and must be the only priority. If we attempt to focus on multiple issues we will be spread to thin to accomplish even this. We don’t all need to agree on everything, the only thing we must agree on is that these two parties need to be removed from our political institutions.

These parties have ruled for far too long and become to powerful. They steal power from We The People to serve only their own interest. They have become corrupt institutions who corrupt our elected officials. They bully our elected officials into voting to further party goals rather than for the good of We The People, who at that point they no longer represent. I believe 90%+ of us can agree with this no matter where you stand on individual issues or which side of the aisle you have traditionally sat on.

I am focused primarily on the house with this approach but would be more than willing to host independent write-in candidates for the senate as well. I have concerns the senate seats may be too ingrained to take without major financial backing today. If we can show the country this approach works for the house the senate will become more feasible.

This website is to give We The People a single place where anyone can come and hear the voices of independent write-in candidates for the 2026 election. Social Media is censored and is no longer a place where the first amendment lives, because of this it is no longer an effective platform for the independent voice. The more people that come to this site the louder our independent voice will be.

Please tell everyone you know about this site. This will only work if people talk about it in person. We must spread the word on and offline. Make a shirt, make a sign, & tell a friend. Feel free to use the images on this site, or make your own, all that matters is we spread pop2026.org. Promote voting for independent write-in candidates. Or better yet run for a district seat yourself.

Help Needed

This site has been written entirely by myself to date. I will never use AI as it would no longer be my own words, even if it did sound better or prove a point in a better way. Using AI to alter ones own words feels dishonest to me, right or wrong.

This is all a work in progress but I do not want to delay publishing as these two years will fly by. As I find better ways of wording things and gain new insight into topics the site will be updated, it is a living document. I type my stream of thought and then self edit, everyone misses things attempting to edit their own work. If you see any grammatical errors please ignore them for now. I am currently attempting to manage this on my own and I am not an English major.

If you are a website designer and are willing to donate some of your time to help build this site properly, please reach out. I am sure this is a cringe site to anyone who actually works in this space. I am a layer 1 physical infrastructure guy and this is my first stab at building a website. If this picks up steam I will need more assistance maintaining this site. I would like a sidebar where you can select a state, find your district, and then have info on the independent write- in candidate attempting to take that seat. The More in Depth Why?

The democrat and republican parties no longer represent the average US citizen. Both parties only serve the interest of the ultra wealthy, which is about 800 people of the 338 million or so of us (about .0000023%). Wealth is the corrupter of these parties and because of this we need to remove the financial factors from our election process to ensure principled, incorruptible people are voted into office. Wealth and power have been consolidated, along with opportunity, which means there is less left for you and I. It will take a large number of us to take this power back.

They have taught us not to speak about politics. They sow division, fear, and lies to manipulate us into believing one narrative or the other, while neither is the truth. This keeps us divided on issues they do not care about and will never fix in a manner which We The People would actually find acceptable or benefit from. They work people up over issues that matter very little in the grand scheme of things, presenting false priorities to focus on, furthering the distractions and division.

Our entire system has been twisted into a multi tiered mess based on wealth where We The People are used and abused. This has led to a pay to play system where wealth purchases policy, and they aren’t buying policy to benefit We The People, only themselves. They hide this with the distractions which pit us against each other. They blame the other side for the issues while working together behind the scenes for their own gain. This equates to a grifting of the masses not only by our government but by all major institutions and corporations which our elected officials have enabled. It is time to stop the grift, it is time to vote them all out.

How Do We Do This?

Average citizens must run for office.

I do not wish to be a politician. I enjoy my anonymity and would much rather work behind the scenes helping to build physical infrastructure. At the same time I have watched and waited for a principled leader to shine within our political system. I am now at a point where I feel I have no choice but to step up and attempt to fight for the average US citizen, I hope more people are reaching this point as well. This will cost me my anonymity and for me this is a huge cost, please help me make it worthwhile.

I will be running against Tom Tiffany who currently “serves” the 7th district of Wisconsin. I have written Tom and his responses to my inquiries are part of what prompted all of this. The responses have lacked any substance like most of what comes out of our elected officials.

This effort will be useless without others attempting a congressional run to remove a democrat or republican from their seat. We must take a significant number of seats for this to have any effect. Why Independent write-in candidates?

I do not believe starting a third party outside of government is possible today. The third parties that exists today have failed to break into the system in any meaningful way.

The democrat and republican parties currently control our election and debate process. They use this control to block candidates from outside of the two parties ever being heard. I hope POP2026 will be a movement and not become a party. They can stop a party pretty easily, but stopping a loosely organized movement with one goal is a more difficult task. They will have to attack us on an individual basis rather than as a group, costing them more time and money.

By running as write in candidates we lessen the financial burden making it more achievable for the average citizen to run against those currently in power.

We have been voting for the lesser of two evils for far too long. We must break this trend by never voting for a democrat or republican again, this is the movement. We must make it acceptable to vote outside the two party system. This is the only way I can see standing a chance against the big party backed candidates.

I have voted third party, independent, or written myself in for years refusing to support either major party. People have told me “You are wasting your vote” I say this is incorrect. The purpose of voting is to vote for who you believe will serve your interest best. It is not about voting for the winning team even though this is how they would prefer you see it, this is one way they divide us.

Paying their fees to get on the ballot only enriches the system we are trying to eliminate. Run without taking money from anyone, run without spending more than you can afford. This is the only way you will be beholden to no one or anything other than your own values. This must be people powered and not financially driven. The technology we have today makes this much more feasible than in the past. I paid for this website myself and will donate space to anyone interested in running for congress as an independent write-in candidate.

We must vote for regular people, the engineer, construction worker, plumber, nurse, grocery store manager….

We need the people who actually make this country run to be sitting in the drivers seat making the decisions. These are the people who understand where our real problems lie.

If we continue to vote in the wealthy & lawyers how can we ever expect change?

A lawyers main skill set is arguing and language manipulation, we have filled Washington with them, and we wonder why nothing gets done.

A wealthy persons skill set is includes acquiring & hoarding wealth. If they are acquiring wealth it has to come from somewhere and IT’S YOU. As this wealth is consolidated there is less left for you.

The current people in congress are no smarter than you or I, in fact I believe some of them are quite unintelligent. The only real advantage they have is access to information kept from We The People. This should not be the case. We pay for this government and we should know what they know.

They keep us in the dark because they want us to think they are smarter than us, not because the information is sensitive, the vast majority is not. They keep us in the dark on purpose because they know you cant fight what you can’t see.

The simple reality is they are given information then they make a decision, we are all just as capable of this as they are. The outcomes from their horrible decisions prove this. I believe we could fill congress with 5th graders today and have results that better favor We The People than what we currently get, the world would probably be a safer place as well.

If we keep voting in the same people they will continue to serve themselves while leaving the rest of us to struggle unnecessarily. I know there are brave, principled, and ethical people in all fields with enough political interest to run and help fix what we can. Please be that person, we need you.

We must talk to each other about politics.

I travel the country for my work and can tell you we all agree on way more than we disagree on. When talking politics look for areas you may agree on. Starting with these topics will be an easier discussion and promote actual ideas for change. It is time to focus on the things we agree upon and work towards those points as end goals. Today as a country we have been guided to focus on what we disagree on and this will never allow We The People to hold any real power.

Things To Enact

Take away the patriot act

This is one of the most nefarious pieces of legislation ever written. It is one of the greatest contributors to the erosion of of freedoms. They claim they need it to keep us safe, this is a lie, they use it to spy on us, oppress us, and manipulate us. If it truly protected us how are there still so many acts of mass violence? It certainly doesn’t appear to have enabled the FBI or secret service to do their job any better than before it existed. What it has enabled is the ability of the security sector to run rouge within our own country. The act is unconstitutional and should never have been passed in the first place. This bad law must be removed in order to restore the fourth amendment.

Term Limits

The democrats and republicans will never vote for term limits as it would take away too much of their power. They see the ballot box as their term limit. The problem is they lie and hide so much information from us it makes it very difficult to make a properly informed decision at the ballot box. It is for this reason we must enact term limits for congress acting as a forced reset. Term limits will help minimize the corruption as wealth and power will not be able to buy a seat for an unlimited number of years. I say 6 years for a house seat and 12 years for a senate seat at most. I think the house should feed the senate its best members making it an 18 year career at most. This may be too long and definitely requires more heads than my own to work out all the details and agree upon something, but its a start.

My Views

On You

I do not care what gender you are, I do not care what color you are, I do not care what your sexual orientation is, & I do not care what religion you follow. All of these things are important to an individuals self but that does not mean anyone else has to care, especially in the public space. As long as you have the freedom to be who you are, love who you want, and worship as you see fit there is no argument to be had. The government has no place in any of these spaces other than protecting your freedoms within these spaces.

We should all be measured by our words and actions not our physical characteristics.

Now none of that is to say that if you make a claim about something from one of these spaces that you will not be judged on what you claimed or how you said it. Respect for others does not mean you have to believe their views are right or proper just that you accept that as their belief. Respect is a two way street and if you lack it for others they have every right to lack it for you. Freedom of speech comes with responsibility and understanding this is critical to this right. There is a time and place for things to be said and it is your responsibility to read the room.

All I care is that you are someone looking to help care for humanity. Humanity is currently being stripped from our society and it is a major contributing factor to our mental health decline. We need to put the humanity back into society or it will continue to collapse. We are all just people no matter how much or how little power we possess.

Religion

Today I would say I do not follow an organized religion. I do believe in a higher power but what exactly that is I do not know and expect I will not know until the day I die. I believe religion is important for balance and hope everyone finds their own religion.

I believe all of the religious text of the world are important as morality tales at a minimum, helping to remind us of what it is to be a good human. I also believe when we look at all of the stories shared between the different religious text we are all much closer to each other than the powerful would like us to realize.

I believe the religious text of the world are both part truth and literal history along with some stories which may have been just that. To understand this I think of the grade school game of telephone and how distorted the message can become from the beginning of the line to the end. I believe throughout the years some of these stories may have started as whole truths and overtime other not so true bits may have slipped in. None of this necessarily makes the story less valuable just something I believe people should be cognizant of. Changing one word in a text can change the whole meaning of that text and translation between languages is not always apples to apples.

My beliefs are my own, based on my combined knowledge of all religions and personal experiences. I believe in doing the right thing for the masses.

War

Today we fight wars on behalf of the elite in order to steal resources and enrich the already financially well off, not We The People. At a minimum this has been the case since the neocons took control in the early 90s, if not much much earlier. These wars did/do not bring freedom and democracy as they claim but only death and destruction. They lied to us to gain support for these wars and continue to do so. War does nothing for the average citizen other than spend our tax dollars to steal resources for the rich while we struggle at home. War only fuels the consolidation of wealth and power. This all leads to less freedoms for the average person around the world.

If I ever see a situation which calls for war I will be the first one on the front line. Anyone calling for war should be the first one on the front line and this should be a stipulation of calling for it.

All of these wars have cost the US its standing in the world and we currently lack the moral authority to justify any war not at our own border. The money we have spent blowing up other countries should have first been spent building and maintaining our own country, once that is happening in a proper manner, we can then help others to build as well.

Our foreign policy has become a policy of war. If we would like to restore our standing in the world we must go back to a foreign policy of diplomacy.

Immigration

Immigration comes down to one thing and one thing only RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. You can not move people to a place where there are not proper resources available without creating shortages. These shortages can be jobs, housing, food, education opportunities, anything someone feels they need to live. If there are not enough resources there will be struggle. Struggle is the gateway that leads to drugs, crime, poor mental health, and/or homelessness.

An un-managed flow of people will make for cheap labor as it creates more competition in the job market. This may be great for the business owner but is always detrimental to the workers bank account. The vast majority of us are workers.

We fix this by properly managing our resources. This means cities tell the county, counties tell the state, the state tells the federal government how many immigrants they can accept in a given time frame. We then allow that many immigrants into the country in that time frame. I understand this is a bit of an oversimplification but the framework is there to work the details out around. This is a relativity simple fix to a large but simple problem.

It may seem cold to say but we need to take care of our own first, just as the elites do, and our current policy works in reverse. If US citizens don’t take priority in the US, then there is no US, just economic slavery and theft by taxation without borders.

Illegal or legal immigration does not make a difference when the argument is made based on resource management.

The illegal immigration is partly the fault of our destruction of foreign lands making them uninhabitable and forcing people to look for new beginnings elsewhere. The other portion of illegal immigration is a globalist project worked through the UN which is 100% not in the interest of US citizens or the immigrants, it only benefits the profiteers.

None of our immigration policy is the fault of the immigrants and we must all keep this in mind. If you want to blame someone for the struggle you must first look to Washington.
